    I came here for the St Patrick's Day pub crawl. It was the perfect stop. Wonderful music, good conversation, and good drinks and food. I would recommend, especially for the restful atmosphere... very important for people with anxiety issues like me.

    Very well appointed and newly remodeled lodge. Great location to stay as a gateway to adventures in and around the Shasta lakes and ski areas (depending on the season) with comfortable new beds, generous floor plans, helpful and kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be keeping it in mind for next time. Also, our room has a nice furnace that looks like it would be terrific in the winter. And the rates are unbeatable, especially considering that we were a last minute guest over Labor Day weekend.
